We proudly offer one of the most beautiful and wide campus in Thailand. Including residential accommodation, restaurant, massage shop, sauna and ice-bath. We feature five multi-purpose halls, three of them by the beach, an air conditioning hall and a state of the art indoors therapeutic pool.

Samma Karuna is an internationally recognized school of self-realization where Yoga, Tantra and Breathwork practices are used on daily basis to facilitate Awakening & Healing to our students. Providing our team of senior teachers with extensive experience facilitating on a variarity of senarios and healing modalities.
Students who book our 28-day program receive a complimentary lifetime membership, granting access to all activities.* Please note that accommodation is not included in the lifetime membership.
Running throughout the year, this program has been created for people who are called to learn to live a happier, more fulfilled and enriched life, based on personal growth principles of acceptance, love and celebration.
You may take this program as a yoga holidays retreat to explore the world of yoga, as a Breakup or Healing retreat, or as a yoga and tantra training to deepen your understanding of yogi and tantric practices.
All levels are welcome, whether you attend alone or with a partner.
Upon arrival, a senior teacher will tailor the program to your experience and goals.

Samma Karuna offers a diverse range of yoga techniques and styles, catering to both beginners and experienced practitioners. Classes are available twice daily from Monday to Saturday and once on Sundays. For details on the style of yoga offered each day, please refer to our activity calendar.
Our Tantra lectures combine experiential exercises, reflection, sharing, and meditation. As a Tantra school dedicated to self-realization, our primary goal is to guide students toward genuine, lasting happiness and a deeper understanding of their true selves. Embracing a non-dogmatic approach, we focus on helping you cultivate your own inner light and wisdom. Our lectures also address contemporary challenges, exploring topics such as Tantric sexuality, Tantra and relationships, self-worth, and practical tools for managing emotions.
We gather every day to meditate together. We offer still meditation practice with a variety of techniques, starting from concentration practice (Anapana) and followed by meditation on equanimity of sensations and vulnerability.
Samma Karuna Tetra Breath is a gentle yet powerful conscious connected breathing technique, helping us connect with our body’s natural healing system. Developed at Samma Karuna, this Tantric breathwork offers profound insights, deep healing, and transformative states of clarity and bliss, guiding individuals on a journey of inner peace and self-discovery.
This class brings a vibrant twist to traditional Tantra practices by emphasizing music and movement, making the experience more dynamic and approachable. Incorporating an active rhythm, playfulness, and inner-child exploration, it offers a unique blend of Biodanza and Tantra. Developed by Ishi at Samma Karuna, this system enriches the Tantra experience with Ishi’s distinctive vision, creating a joyful and transformative journey.
Experience a powerful journey through fifteen stages of intense cathartic meditation, inspired by Humaniversity AUM meditation and Osho’s AUM marathon. Over three and a half hours, you’ll open up to your emotions, reconnect with your body, and celebrate life. This transformative process helps balance your emotions and recognize your essential nature—a state of being beyond thoughts and sensations. Experience the richness of Tantra with our diverse practice sessions. Primarily focusing on Right Hand contemporary Trika Tantra and heart-based Tantra, our classes also incorporate other styles for a well-rounded approach. Perfect for beginners, singles, and couples, our sessions provide an inviting and supportive environment. If you are new to Tantra, we recommend beginning with our Biodevelopment practice to ensure a solid foundation.

We offer daily OSHO Dynamic Meditation at our school. OSHO Sannyasins are especially welcome. OSHO Dynamic meditation is considered a foundational practice for the development of inner-strengh, both for the path of Yoga as well as for path of Tantra.
Samma Karuna So Ham is a powerful yet simple rhythmic breathing technique, that incorporates specific natural rhythms of breath, harmonising body, mind and emotions and helping to losen up tension in the solar plexus area, facilitating a full diaphragmatic breathing.
This technique helps to eliminate stress, fatigue and negative emotions such as anger, frustration and depression, leaving the mind calm and focused, the body energized and relaxed.
