1 Day QiGong Tantra – Opening The Senses

Are you curious about QiGong and Tantra and would like to expand your intuition, your senses, your body connection and to meet others from a place of love, respect and authenticity? In this very professional, safe and Trauma informed class, you will be guided in a playful and loving way to free yourself and to connect deeply from your heart with others.

Join us for a transformational beginners journey into Tantra and QiGong. This Retreat is for beginners and more experienced people and open to all genders. You are warmly welcome to join as Single or Couple. You don’t need to bring a partner :).

We will take you on a heart opening journey to connect deeper with yourself and your body. In a gentle and playful way we will show you how to open your five senses and make them more available to you in your all day life and during love making. You will as well learn about the five tantric touches and how to use them. In a very safe and Trauma informed space with a highly experienced teacher and therapist, you will learn how to feel your own boundaries (energetically and physically) and to say “NO”. We will release insecurities around your body and in connecting with others, so that you can be your authentic self in this container. This is a “White Tantra” workshop, no nudity.

Morning session: 10am – 1:30pm

Break: 1:30pm – 3:00pm

Afternoon / Evening session: 3:00pm – 6:00pm (Can be up to 30 mins longer, depending on the flow. Please make no appointment before 6:30pm.)

More info about your facilitator:

Anja is a Trauma informed, in Germany certified Holistic Love and Relationship Coach and Facilitator. Her specification lies in the fields of relationships, intimacy, self love, pleasure, feminine embodiment, systemic ancestral healing, inner child work and trauma healing. With a solid base in Trauma education, her mission is to guide you on your personal and spiritual path to inner balance, happiness, self love, heart opening, embodiment, empowerment, radiance, wellbeing, health and wealth. Anja is a highly intuitive healer and holds many years of experience in creating safe and sacred spaces for individuals and groups and in guiding them through deep, transformational healing and empowerment journeys.

Anja has a background of 10+ years in the corporate world. She has built up two impact Start Up companies in the field of electric mobility and in the field of natural health products. She attended a profound Systemic Coaching, Kinesiology and Hypnosis certificate education in Munich, Germany for several years. For almost 10 years she has been studying Collective Trauma Healing Thomas Hübl and has attended the 2-year intensive Timesless Wisdom Training. She has studied with Mantak Chia, Layla Martin, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Peter Levine, different Osho Sannyasins and other spiritual teachers.

Anja offers transformative retreats and workshops in the fields of Tantra, QiGong, Meditation, Feminine Embodiment, Intimacy, Relationships, Pleasure and Power.
