2 Day Deep Dive
~ 1PM – 3PM

First day we will focus our practice on the splits series, we will learn how to do Front, Middle, Side & Standing Splits.

Second day we will focus our practice on the backbends: where we will learn how to do the full dancer pose, full pigeon pose, king cobra and go from standing to wheel pose and back up.
