This 3-hour workshop is designed to help you create a personalized wellbeing plan that fits seamlessly into your daily routine. Through practical strategies and hands-on activities, you’ll gain the tools to foster sustainable mental health and resilience both at work and at home.

How to Prepare:
~ Come with an open mind and be ready to reflect on your personal needs.
~ Wear comfortable clothing.
~ Bring a notebook to jot down personal insights.
